BR05: The Nutcracker

 I 'll introduce this book. The book has five chapters: Chrismas eve, The mystery present, The magic begins, Sleigh bells ringing and The Land of Sweet.

A soft, fuffy layer of snow covered Clara's house on Christmas Eve. Inside, a party was in full swing, but one very special guest hadn't arrived. Clara watched for him at the window. Suddenly, there was a loud knock on the door. "He's here!" she cried, dancing over and flinging open the door. It was Clara's godfather. She gave him a big hug. "What a warm welcome on such a chilly night!" he said, with a chuckle. Merry Christmas! Clara loved her godfather's visits. Something magical always happened when he was around. "I have a very special present for you this year," he told Clara, as he placed a package under the tree.

That night, Clara couldn't sleep. She lay in bed thinking about her present. "It can't hurt if I just have a liitle peek," she thought. Finally, Clara tiptoed downstairs. She soon found the present, tied up with a big red bow. On the ribbon there was a tag witha message. " I wonder what Godfather means," thought Clara. Slowly, Clara untied the bow and folded back a corner of the paper... Inside, she found a wooden nutcracker doll, dressed like a soldier. Just then, the clock struck midnight. Clara gave an enormous yawn. In a few minutes, she was fast asleep under the tree.

I have read same story looks like this story. The Nutcrackers is called Kurumiwariningyou in Japanese. I didn't like this story,when I was a child. Now I read this story I became to like that. The Nutcracker Prince is not good looking, but he is so kind, so he stand up for her, because many mouses break out in front her. The Nutcracker Prince beat the mouses to a pulp, and result in the emergence of he king of the mouse. The Prince and the king fight a battle. For the last time, he won the battle, and he and Clara traveled around the world  in sleigh pulled by magical, flying reindeer.
After that, they arrived in front of a forest covered with white snow. Suddnly, a beautiful leady come out. She dressed in spakling while. She looks like Cinder Ella. The prince introduse the lady like that. "Clara, she is my good friend. She is the Ice Queen." The queen took them to her ice castle. The bluding glistened in the moon right.
They saw the queen for the last, and they went to somewhere. They arrived the land of sweets.There are many tree, but the tree is not usual. So the tree burst with marshmallow blossoms. The leaf of tree are lollipop flower. It is candy colored. Clara saw around scenery. Every mountains were topped with melted chocolate and icecream. She look out a house. The house was made of sweets. The house looks like delicious. I want to go there just one time.
